We brought innovation and environmentally friendly solutions together while building the Bademli Modulus Modular House, which offers a peaceful living space with a sea view, intertwined with nature. Completed in 10 weeks, this modular structure, which offers a spacious and comfortable life with a 90 m² closed area and an additional 70 m² covered terrace area, provided the opportunity to live the comfort of a detached house in the heart of nature.

One of the advantages offered by Modulus Modular Structures is that the production process of this house is completed entirely in the workshop and only the assembly processes are carried out on site, completing it as an "off-site construction".

Designed as a modular structure, the "Bademli Modulus Modular House" stands out not only with its fast installation, but also with its durability as a structure that does not require a foundation and has a long life. The biggest difference of the Modulus Modular system from prefabricated or container structures is that it is at least as long-lasting as traditional structures.
