Life begins in modul us by assembling the modules, all of which are produced in the factory, on site in a short time. Module houses, produced in standard sizes to be transported by trucks, trailers and cargo containers, can be easily disassembled, transported and reassembled when desired.
Due to its structure, the module does not require floor concrete (varies depending on ground survey and floor height), and it is sufficient to place it on a flat ground and make only the necessary plumbing connections. On uneven floors, the installation is completed thanks to the adjustable feet.
Module structures are produced to be transported repeatedly and then reused.
Production and assembly in the factory can be completed at a rate of 60% - 95%, and only joint connections can be made in the field.
With the applications made with Modul us, you can save time and budget and receive your completed house in a workshop environment.
Another Transformation Story;
Fide Schools Süreyyapaşa, which was opened in 2018 as a transformation structure, 2 years after Fide Schools Idealtepe, which was the transformation of an old workshop structure into a school and was completed in 2016…
The search for space and land for the new school lasted nearly 2 years... In this process, the architect and the school owners evaluated the possibilities together with the school's educational approach, space usage habits, Idealtepe experiences and criteria appropriate to the educational goals... And after countless evaluations, the most suitable possibility was found.
As a sales office, we see a potential where our ideas will come to life on this 5400 m² land, where there is a 2-storey high building made of light steel and structures consisting of single-storey pavilions attached to it. We discuss and evaluate the garden and education spaces of the 2720 m² construction area and 4560 m² open area. The land right next to it is a public park area, separated by elevation and slope; On the other hand, we saw it as an opportunity to open the horizon in a way that would reduce the scale effect of the large residential blocks surrounding the land. We felt that the arrangements we would make in structural and open spaces could also provide an opportunity to balance scale relations with child-space relations.
The vertical space organization of Idealtepe can turn into a horizontal space organization in Süreyyapaşa. And due to the physico-spatially restrictive conditions in Idealtepe, we could produce spatial uses that we interpreted differently, specific to this place. This would create the opportunity to use Idealtepe, which was used as a primary and secondary school, as a secondary school over time, and Süreyyapaşa as a kindergarten and primary school.
The diversity and flexibility of both open and closed educational spaces used within structural boundaries in Fide Schools Idealtepe; children's exploration of space and play; their use enriched by activities in school life; It was an important chance for Sürreyapaşa to observe newborn needs and learn from your child and children. In particular, the land features that allow a variety of open space and garden uses have allowed us to use the use of different age groups and the opportunities to integrate with other spaces effectively in the design.
The envelope of the two-storey building volume has been preserved and the interior volume has been designed as closed, flexible and educational spaces that allow different uses, considering age uses, while the indoor-outdoor uses located in the intersection have been designed interactively with the workshop courtyard and kindergarten terraces. All spaces are integrated with each other with hard ground playgrounds, open classroom, orchard, grass amphitheater, soft ground playgrounds and multi-purpose open uses.
Space arrangements that allow children to realize themselves and an educational approach that uses them in school life are very important. Together with Fide Schools, which prioritize the quality of time spent at school and the importance of experiences gained within its own education curriculum, we experience that being able to look at the integrity of space-education-child-school life and being able to create testing-observation-transformation potentials as opportunities creates a very valuable process for all of us.
